Otter Launches New Chrome Extension for Google Meet Transcription

AI-powered transcription service, Otter, recently launched a new Chrome extension for transcribing Google Meet calls in real time.

Otter’s live transcription service is very helpful; it reduces miscommunication, fosters collaboration, and now with this new Chrome extension it will be offering a way for people who missed meetings to catch up. It is especially useful to non-native English speakers who find the spoken word a little hard to follow.

Transcription service is already available in Zoom, where people use it to better understand their meetings, and now, for the first time, Google Meet users can also make use of it.

Otter is popular, however, it is not the only useful tool out there. If you want to know which other tool you can use for collaboration, you should head over to article listicle featuring Otter and several others useful tools for collaboration, especially if you are studying during this pandemic period!
