WhatsApp Working on Chat History Transfer Between iPhone and Android

Popular chat app, WhatsApp, is currently carrying out tests to enable users transfer their chat history between iOS and Android devices.

This information is courtesy of WABInfo. It is reportedly part of the company’s efforts to enable users chat on multiple devices at the same time.

If successful, users will no longer lose their chat history when they switch between both platforms. WhatsApp has lost several of its clients in recent times and this feature is a good way to woo them.

While WhatsApp is just working on this, there is still now news how this feature would work. Some message apps already have similar features. A good example is Telegram which allows users to chat on multiple devices and migrate between iOS and Android platforms.
