Xiaomi to Rollout MIUI 12.5 on Some Specific Devices

Xiaomi announced it will rollout its newest UI, MIUI 12.5, in Q2 2021.

This update will at first be available on a handful of devices. However, more devices will be added later in the quarter.

With this new rollout of MIUI 12.5, users will experience improved visuals and functions. For instance, users will be better able to navigate their devices with more responsive gestures. Also, this update gives users more control with improved permissions management and clipboard controls.

The five devices set to receive the first update are Mi 10, Mi 10T, Mi Pro, Mi 10T Pro, and Mi 11. Some of the devices that will later be eligible are Mi 10T Lite, Mi Note 10, Redmi Note 9, Redmi Note 9S, Redmi 9, and Redmi Note 8 Pro.
