The gaming platform Discord adds a new feature called the Stage Channels like Twitter Spaces.
Stage Channels on Discord allows selected participants to talk while the rest are uust listening in. It’s slightly different from full-on live streaming as it’s only audio which would be easier to listen whenever you want without having to be glued to it.
We have seen similar ideas like Clubhouse that is only available on iOS and the Twitter Spaces. The hype of these two is fantastic and has been well recieved by the general public or those who enjoy informal coffee sessions.
While Clubhouse is developing an android version and Twitter Space is slowing rolling out to Androids and iOS devices, it will coming to the web version as well. not being limited to just mobiles but will be available on web versions too.
